Privacy policy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no newsletter, no comment system, and no contact form. There is nothing here for you to fill in, so there is almost nothing to collect.

What is collected

• Server logs. Standard web server records — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — retained for security and basic traffic understanding.
• Analytics. If aggregate analytics are running, they measure page popularity, not individuals. No profiles are built and nothing is sold.
• The threshold calculator. Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is transmitted or stored anywhere.

WhatsApp

Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp and shares your phone number and message with us, as any WhatsApp message would. Those conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours. We use them to answer your question and, where you ask for it, to make an introduction to a professional. We don't add you to lists or sell contact details.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives a request from your browser; if that concerns you, a font-blocking extension prevents it without affecting the content.

Third-party links

Links to other sites, including our own other properties, take you to services with their own policies. We're not responsible for what they do with your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold. Given how little is held, this usually amounts to deleting a WhatsApp conversation. Ask and we'll do it.
