Accuracy and currency

Colombian visa requirements, thresholds, fees, and procedures are set by the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores and change without notice. Exchange rates change daily. Every page here carries the date its figures were verified, and figures are accurate only as of that date and to the best of our research.

Before committing money, signing anything, or filing an application, verify current requirements directly with Cancillería or a licensed Colombian immigration attorney. Do not treat this site as a substitute for that.

Referrals

We may introduce you to independent attorneys, brokers, and other professionals. They are not our employees, partners, or agents, and we don't supervise or guarantee their work. Any engagement is between you and them. We may receive a referral fee from a professional if you engage them; this costs you nothing and does not change their obligations to you. Do your own due diligence — verify credentials, agree scope and fees in writing, and use your own judgment.

Nothing here is a representation that you will qualify for any visa or that any application will be approved. Visa decisions rest entirely with Colombian authorities.
